General Questions

Q: Where can I find directions?
A: MapQuest.

Q: Is a deposit required at the time of reservation?
A: Yes, most hotels require an advance deposit requiring the first night's lodging plus tax to be charged at the time of reservation.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Reservations canceled 72 hours or more prior to the date of arrival receive a refund of the deposit, minus cancellation fee. Reservations canceled within 72 hours of the date of arrival forfeit the entire deposit.

Q: Can extra guests be added at check in?
A: Yes, up to the maximum number of guests allowed in compliance with your selected room style.

Resort Questions

Q: What are the check in and check out times?
A: Generally, check in time begins at 4 p.m. Check out is no later than 11 a.m.

Q: Are pets allowed?
A: The following hotels allow pets:

• The Lodge at Geneva

Q: Are Pay-Per-View movies available in Guest Rooms?
A: Yes, a variety of movies and programming is available on a Pay-Per-View basis.

Q: Is Internet access available?

Q: How can I secure my valuables while staying at the resort?
A: A safe is provided in most guest room for securing valuables. Please note that Delaware North is not responsible for lost or stolen items.  Please make sure that upon vacating your guest rooms, you have thoroughly checked for any misplaced items.

Q: Is child care service available?
A: In-room child care is available at some hotels.   Please check with your hotel or concierge for details.

Q: Are laundry facilities available?
A: Yes, laundry facilities are available at most hotels.
